We are excited to begin preparations for Open Door Pantry's 4th Annual Auction Fundraiser on September 26th, 2025! This year the fundraiser will be held at That Church On The Rise, 28082 County Road 4, Elkhart, Indiana. Our mission is to provide the greater Michiana community with food and resources to assist in times of need. We've been in operation since March of 2009. We serve over 2,500 community members each year by providing food, supplies, gift cards and clothing. All monies raised through this fundraiser go directly to fulfill our mission.

With the growing needs of our community, your support is needed more than ever, and is greatly appreciated. We are reaching out to your business asking for your support by sponsoring our event. This is a great way to advertise and contribute to our local community! These are the sponsorship levels to choose from:

BRONZE $150- Your company name and logo visible to all event attendees and two event tickets (dinner included).

SILVER $300- Same as above plus your company logo represented on our event t-shirt and one free event t-shirt of the size you choose.

GOLD $500- Same as above plus your company name and logo in the event program, on our Givegrove.com auction webpage, and on our 4th Annual Auction Fundraiser page at Opendoorpantry.org.

PLATINUM $1000- Same as above plus your company name and logo on Opendoorpanty.org main page, and a special gift will be presented to your company at the event. Your company also has a choice to receive up to six free event tickets. (Please claim free tickets by email to opendoorpantryelkhart@gmail.com AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, limited seating available)

Friday August 22, 2025 is the deadline for all Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsorship entries that include a company logo. Company logos must be in a vector file format (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg, .cdr) .jpg and .png can not be accepted. After you have completed the event sponsor form, please email your company logo to opendoorpantryelkhart@gmail.com. 

Our 4th Annual Auction Fundraiser will be held at That Church On The Rise, 28082 County Road 4, Elkhart, IN, 6:00 pm- 9:00 pm. Doors open at 5:30 pm, and bidding ends at 8:30 pm.
